Dr. Mariam Shadan Wins Best Poster Award at MSc Medical Education Poster Conference in University of Oxford

Dr. Mariam Shadan, Assistant Professor in Biomedical Sciences at Dubai Medical College for Girls, has been honored with the Best Poster Award at the prestigious MSc-Medical Education Poster Conference held at the University of Oxford. Her research titled "The Structure of Resilience of Preclinical Phase Medical Students in the UAE" explores the factors that contribute to student resilience and proposes the development of a resilience curriculum in medical schools in the region. Dr. Shadan is currently pursuing a master's in medical education in the university and holds a MD degree in pathology.
